Spirits Pairing Dinner

We are excited to be hosting our first ever spirits pairing dinner for symposium members! A 5-course distillery dinner with Ambix Spirits products paired with appetizers, salad, fish, duck, and dessert all prepared by Barbara Hom from local producers.
Gravenstein Apple Fair
August 9 & 10
Ambix Spirits will be pouring both days in the Artisan Alley which has been expanded with more space and more vendors. Our Orchard Medley will also be on tap at the Craft Cider Tent on Saturday.
Farm Trails Fall Tour

We’ll be participating in the Farm Trails Fall Tour! Many farms are hosing special events and its a great time to visit Sonoma County. More details to come.
