In each shipment we will include an ultra-low volume product produced for our Alchemist Symposium. Examples of what you include get include unique fruit eau de vie’s, liqueurs such as brandy based nocino or absinthe, or special ciders.

Access to Alchemist releases as volume permits.

By signing up to the the Ambix Symposium you are committing in advance to receiving a minimum of 2 or 4 bottles of Ambix Spirits products three times a year (March, July, and November)
All bottles included in a club fulfillment are at a 15% discount. This discount does not apply to bottles purchased outside of the fulfillment shipment.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations received after the fulfillment date will be responsible for that fulfillment.
For our special releases we will make a waiting list available for those who want additional bottles or for those whose club membership does not include the bottle in its standard allocation. Any waiting list bottles you request do not count towards your minimum shipment.
You may either pick up your fulfillment or elect to have it shipped. Shipping fees are a flat $15 and we only ship to California addresses. We will default to the fulfillment method on file. If you elect ‘pickup’ and do not pick up your fulfillment within 90 days we will ship it to you.

All pickups must be made by an individual over 21 years old with government ID. All shipments will be made with adult signature required.
Two weeks prior to each fulfillment date you will receive an email informing you of the current selection. You may may change any bottles you wish and you may also add any bottles that you wish. If you do not inform us of changes during the two week window we will fulfill the default selection
We have limited availability in our Alchemist Symposium. We will post when the Alchemist Symposium is full and institute a waiting list.
