Farm Trails Spring Tour
May 17 & 18
We’ll be participating in the Farm Trails Spring Tour with an orchard walk and a special barrel tasting. Many farms are hosting special events and it’s a great time to visit Sonoma County!
Nocino Making Workshop
June 21
In the workshop we will guide you through the process of making nocino starting by picking green walnuts from our tree, then recipe development and selecting a base brandy and spices to add, and the sending you home with your own jar of embryonic nocino and a barrel for further maturation so it’s ready to grace your holiday parties. Reservations for this limited event will open in May.

Spirits Pairing Dinner

We are excited to be hosting our first ever spirits pairing dinner! There will be a very small event and limited to Symposium club members. Save the date, more signup details will be provided to the club in May.
Gravenstein Apple Fair
August 9 & 10
We will be returning to the Gravenstein Apple Fair. This year in addition to pouring at the Artisan Alley we will have one of our ciders being poured at the Craft Cider tent. More details to come!
